Details of the Job/Internship

Foresight Law Offices is hiring Senior Associates – Litigation and Arbitration with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in arbitration and commercial litigation matters.
• Handle cases under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Draft legal pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage case strategy.
• Liaise with clients and counsel to ensure effective case management.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation/arbitration.
• Experience in arbitration, IBC, and commercial disputes.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
