Details of the Job/Internship

India Juris is hiring a Senior Associate with 4–5 years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation to join their team in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently draft and plead cases.
• Handle matters before Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, NCDRC, NCLT, and NCLAT.
• Lead and manage a litigation team.
• Prepare and review legal documentation with precision.
• Represent the firm in corporate and commercial litigation matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed university.
• Enrolled with the Bar and cleared the AIBE exam.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial litigation.
• Should currently be working as a Senior Associate in a law firm.
• Freshers are not eligible.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
