Triumvir Law is hiring Senior Associates/Principal Associates with experience of 3–6+ years to join their General Corporate/PE/VC team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on matters relating to general corporate advisory.
- Assist on private equity and venture capital transactions.
- Support matters relating to mergers and acquisitions.
- Assist with corporate transactions and advisory work.
Eligibility
3–6+ years of post-qualification experience.
