Details of the Job/Internship

Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring a Senior Attorney – Commercial Litigation with experience of 4–5 years to join their office in Mumbai (Nariman Point). The role focuses on handling commercial litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property disputes, with opportunities to work on litigation strategy and execution while appearing before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial suits, arbitration matters, and IPR disputes.
• Appear before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals.
• Work closely on litigation strategy and execution.

Eligibility

• Experience in commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Strong command of the Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration Act, CPC, Contract Act, IBC, and IPR laws.
• Proven drafting and advocacy skills.

Salary/Stipend
