Details of the Job/Internship

Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring a Senior Attorney – Civil & Criminal Litigation with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in . The role is suited for advocates prepared to independently handle civil and criminal matters while deepening courtroom practice, managing cases end-to-end, strengthening advocacy and drafting skills, and mentoring junior team members.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters before District Courts, High Courts, and tribunals.
• Manage cases from filing to disposal.
• Strengthen advocacy, drafting, and litigation strategy.
• Mentor junior members and work closely with senior lawyers.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of experience in civil and criminal litigation.
• Strong knowledge of CPC, BNSS, and BNS.
• Proven drafting, arguing, and case-handling skills.
