Details of the Job/Internship

WNS is hiring a Legal Counsel with 0–5 years of experience in IT, BPO, and commercial contracts to join their Mumbai – Vikhroli office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate business, procurement, outsourcing, IT, and BPO contracts.
• Manage complex software licensing and IT-related arrangements.
• Advise senior stakeholders on deals, providing commercially sound advice while mitigating legal risks.
• Advise on termination of agreements and disputes relating to commercial contracts.
• Handle litigation, employment law matters, and related legal issues.
• Manage IT/non-IT projects, technology contracts, cloud services, property contracts, and corporate law matters.
• Execute and manage large legal projects and multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Communicate effectively with teams, demonstrating problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM degree.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in IT/non-IT contracts, technology agreements, corporate law, and litigation is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
