Details of the Job/Internship
Zenoti is hiring a Senior Attorney with 8–10+ years of experience in the SaaS or technology industry to support its global commercial operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the negotiation and drafting of enterprise-level Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS subscription agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, purchase orders, order forms, and partner or reseller agreements.
- Provide legal support for SaaS vendor contracts involving technology, software, and internal tools.
- Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to ensure risk mitigation and vendor onboarding.
- Negotiate and advise on security exhibits, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and privacy and data protection terms.
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership on commercial transactions and business initiatives.
- Support and structure partnership and strategic agreements to achieve favorable commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
- Structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership, reseller, and channel agreements aligned with company strategy.
- Develop scalable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
Eligibility
- Law degree from an accredited institution; LL.M. in Corporate Law is a plus.
- 8–10+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex enterprise technology contracts.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA, and cloud security concepts.
- Experience supporting sales, procurement, and finance teams.
