Details of the Job/Internship

Amster Immigration is hiring for the position of Senior Australia Documentation officer with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Kochi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and verify client documents for various Australian immigration programs.
• Ensure all documentation complies with Australian immigration laws and timelines.
• Stay updated on current immigration policies, procedures, and document requirements.
• Provide clients with clear, accurate instructions and timely updates on their documentation status.
• Collaborate with case officers and immigration consultants to facilitate smooth visa processing.
• Organize and manage both digital and physical documentation as per internal and legal standards.
• Follow up with clients for any pending or additional documentation.
• Create customized document checklists and assist clients with application paperwork.
• Support periodic audits and internal reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Law, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in immigration documentation or visa processing (experience with Australia preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in English and Malayalam—both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Australian visa categories and procedures is a plus.
• Comfortable using MS Office and document management systems.

Salary/Stipend
