Details of the Job/Internship
StellarStart Global is hiring a Senior Brand Protection & IP Enforcement Specialist with 5+ years of experience for a full-time remote role on a 3-month contract (extendable based on performance).
Role and Responsibilities
- Execute and manage platform, domain, and content-based takedown actions globally.
- Draft DMCA notices, trademark infringement complaints, and ToS-based platform reports.
- Handle enforcement on platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress, Shein, Temu, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows, including automation through AI and SaaS tools.
- Monitor brand violations and coordinate global legal responses.
- Prepare documentation, compliance reports, and support strategic legal actions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand protection, DMCA takedowns, or IP enforcement.
- Strong understanding of copyright and trademark law across US, UK, EU, and international jurisdictions.
- Experience with platform-based enforcement and hosting/domain removals.
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven workflows.
- Proven experience working with global clients and enforcement cycles.
- Self-driven and capable of handling end-to-end enforcement processes.
