MarketEase is hiring a Senior Business Analyst – Legal Technology with experience of 10–12+ years to join their team in a remote role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Design end-to-end process frameworks aligned with business objectives and technology platforms.
- Lead process consulting engagements across procurement, finance, HR, or operations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using enterprise tools.
- Prepare process documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and SOPs.
- Work with technical teams to ensure implementation of proposed solutions.
- Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discovery sessions.
- Ensure governance, compliance standards, and best practices are followed.
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Eligibility
- 10–12+ years of experience in business process consulting or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
