Details of the Job/Internship

Elevate is hiring a Senior Commercial Attorney with 6 years of experience to join its Contracts – Managed Services team in India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various commercial contracts and transactional documents.
• Review contracts against established standards and negotiate acceptable alternatives.
• Manage escalation of unresolved issues, approvals, and signatures.
• Update and draft playbooks, templates, and workflow documents.
• Research commercial law topics and prepare position statements.
• Adapt to new processes and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

Eligibility

• LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of legal practice, including 4–6 years of experience in commercial transactional support.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS, procurement, supply, and service agreements.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Salary/Stipend
