Details of the Job/Internship
Strada is hiring a Senior Commercial Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, licensing, outsourcing, and strategic partnership agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice aligned with global compliance and Strada’s Code of Conduct.
- Support procurement and sales teams with deal structuring and contract execution.
- Collaborate with global legal and compliance teams on regulatory adherence.
- Advise on data privacy matters, including GDPR and cross-border data transfers.
- Track legal and regulatory developments impacting commercial operations.
- Promote ethical decision-making and risk mitigation across engagements.
Eligibility
- Law degree; LLM or international legal education preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial law.
- Experience with buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Strong background in IT, outsourcing, professional services, or payroll-related matters.
- Solid understanding of global data privacy laws, including GDPR.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and across global teams.
