Details of the Job/Internship

TransFi is hiring for the position of Senior Compliance officer with 2 years of experience to join them remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliance policies in line with international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into all aspects of business operations.
• Lead compliance training programs to promote awareness across the organization.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services or fintech sector.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
