Trillionloans is hiring a Senior Compliance Manager with 6–8 years of experience in regulatory compliance or risk management to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compliance frameworks aligned with RBI directives and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Oversee periodic risk evaluations, conduct internal audits, and organize compliance awareness programs for employees.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and provide timely compliance insights and reports to senior leadership.
Eligibility
- LL.B and Company Secretary (CS) qualification required.
- Additional certifications such as Certified Compliance Professional are preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Prior experience in the NBFC or banking sector is preferred.
