Details of the Job/Internship

CarDekho Group is hiring a Senior Compliance Officer with 7–10 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, and NRC Meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, documentation, and action-item tracking.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and corporate governance norms.
• Support reporting and statutory filings for the Singapore holding company.
• Design and implement compliance monitoring plans, risk assessments, and thematic reviews.
• Oversee financial services regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.
• Identify compliance control gaps, monitor remediation, and close audit and regulatory findings.
• Assist with ESG and sustainability policy development and implementation.
• Coordinate ESG data collection, disclosures, and governance reporting.
• Support preparation of sustainability statements and integration of ESG metrics.
• Manage investor relations reporting, investor deck inputs, and due-diligence responses.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university – mandatory.
• Qualified Company Secretary – mandatory.
• 7–10 years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and MCA regulations.
• Exposure to South-East Asian regulatory frameworks (preferred).
• Experience in board governance, compliance monitoring, and ESG reporting (preferred).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound ethical judgment.
