Infinn is hiring for the position of Senior Compliance Officer with 5-6 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram..
Role and Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance (Circulars & Directives):
- Monitor and analyze circulars, notifications, and guidelines from SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other regulatory bodies.
- Evaluate the operational and procedural impact of regulatory changes and drive timely implementation across departments.
- Maintain a comprehensive and auditable tracker of all regulatory circulars and corresponding actions taken.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., trading, operations, IT) to ensure full and timely compliance with new requirements.
- Update internal compliance manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation in response to regulatory developments.
- Communicate relevant regulatory changes in a clear and actionable format to internal stakeholders.
Audit & Inspection Management (Internal & External):
- Lead and manage internal audits and regulatory inspections (SEBI, NSE/BSE, statutory and internal auditors).
- Prepare and organize required documentation and evidence for audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
- Respond to audit observations and implement corrective and preventive actions in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain detailed audit logs, reports, and documentation to ensure historical accuracy and future readiness.
- Conduct regular internal compliance checks to proactively identify and rectify gaps.
- Ensure timely closure of all audit findings and non-compliance issues.
Eligibility
- 5–6 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a brokerage, exchange, or financial services organization.
- Strong working knowledge of SEBI regulations, exchange circulars, and financial compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience managing audits, regulatory inspections, and implementing corrective action plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail, document management, and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with compliance tracking systems or audit management software is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
