Details of the Job/Internship
RateGain Travel Technologies Limited is hiring a Senior Consultant – Legal & Compliance with 9–12 years of experience to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements such as NDAs, MoUs, service and licensing contracts.
- Advise on contractual obligations and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide legal support on international data privacy, IP, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, finance, HR, and compliance.
- Assist in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
- Manage legal compliance across jurisdictions and oversee litigation.
- Monitor and manage IP portfolios.
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed university.
- 9–12 years of PQE, preferably with experience in both law firms and in-house roles in the tech/SaaS sector.
