Details of the Job/Internship

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited is hiring a Senior Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join their Tax Transformation Office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze, revise, and negotiate technology-related agreements including software licensing, SaaS, and service contracts.
• Advise stakeholders on contract and risk matters.
• Liaise with multiple risk domains including Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Information Security.
• Assist in process improvement and knowledge management projects.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Perform contract summarizing, proofreading, redlining, and database maintenance.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: LLB or MBA.
• Experience: 5+ years in paralegal, legal, or similar roles, with exposure to technology contracts.
• Must demonstrate strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a legal department or similar setup is preferred.
• Should be self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
