Details of the Job/Internship
WSP India is hiring a Senior Consultant – Legal with 6+ years of experience to join its team in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing a wide range of contracts and related documents.
- Providing clear and concise feedback on contractual risks.
- Conducting follow-up discussions with colleagues on contract issues.
- Leading and managing contract negotiations proactively.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with business teams and external parties.
- Staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments impacting operations.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 6 years of legal experience.
- Experience gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal team specialising in construction law.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with legal risk.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exposure to Asia-based clients is desirable.
