Details of the Job/Internship

Northman & Sterling is hiring for the position of Senior Consultant - Immigration and Visas to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes for clients in multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide expert legal consulting on global immigration matters and compliance.
• Ensure all applications and advice meet local and international legal requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Navigate complex immigration laws and offer strategic, actionable solutions.

Eligibility

• Proven experience managing immigration and visa cases.
• Strong understanding of global immigration processes and compliance frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of immigration law and related legal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in an immigration consultancy or similar role (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related discipline.

Salary/Stipend
