Details of the Job/Internship

Pant & Co is hiring for the position of Senior Consultant to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise law firms on strategic planning, growth models, and competitive positioning.
• Identify and assess opportunities in emerging practice areas, client segments, and markets.
• Evaluate and enhance operational systems, workflows, and internal processes.
• Support implementation of firm-wide initiatives aimed at improving leadership, client delivery, and financial performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between partners, practice heads, and operational teams.
• Lead or support project planning, delivery, and change management initiatives.
• Prepare strategic reports, proposals, and presentations for law firm clients.
• Stay informed on legal industry trends, innovations, and disruptions to inform client strategy.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in strategy consulting, law firm management, or a similar advisory role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a business mindset.
• In-depth understanding of legal industry dynamics, firm structures, and practice management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project management and implementing firm-wide operational systems.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
• A law degree or formal legal education is preferred.
• Prior experience working with or advising law firms is highly desirable.

Salary/Stipend
