Details of the Job/Internship
ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Senior Contract Analyst with 5+ years of experience in contract law within the pharma or clinical research industry to join their remote India team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain CTAs and CDAs.
- Develop fallback language and negotiation guidelines.
- Provide guidance to first-line negotiators.
- Lead negotiation of Master Agreements and complex templates.
- Liaise with legal to streamline processes and resolve legal issues.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and communicate outcomes.
- Deliver training on contract templates and negotiation best practices.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with legal, HCC, GCDO, and other departments.
- Promote contract best practices and mentor junior staff.
- Engage with clinical teams, CROs, and external partners.
- Contribute to internal knowledge management.
Eligibility
- JD, LLM, Paralegal degree, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in contract law within pharma/clinical research.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and database tools.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing stakeholders and resolving issues.
- Leadership and project management experience preferred.
