Emerge Legal is hiring a Senior Contract Manager with 5–6+ years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle.
• Oversee compliance and legal operational requirements.
• Handle multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Assist internal teams with contract-related queries.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of experience in commercial contract management, legal operations, or corporate legal roles.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial structuring, and negotiation strategies.
• Strong organisational skills for handling multiple contracts.
