Details of the Job/Internship
Babcock Power is hiring a Senior Contract Specialist with a minimum of 9 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and draft contract terms to ensure adequate risk protection.
- Review and coordinate customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate letters of credit and bank guarantees with the Finance Department.
- Manage insurance matters and review vendor insurance documents.
- Prepare corporate governance documentation.
- Conduct compliance due diligence and legal research.
- Track and respond to customer compliance requests via third-party platforms.
- Upload agreements and purchase orders to ContractPodAI.
