Details of the Job/Internship
Cargill is hiring for the position of Senior Contract Specialist with 6-10 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various commercial contracts to meet business requirements.
- End to end contract lifecycle management using CLM tool and initiating timely actions to finalize the request.
- Handling contractual correspondence, draft with the internal businesses, vendors and customers.
- Close collaboration with various business stakeholders, contract specialists, country commercial lawyers, specialist lawyers and paralegals.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB.
- Years of experience: 6 – 10.
- Should be able to independently work on English language commercial contracts - procurement, confidentiality, IT, Sales, other mid-high complexity contracts.
- Comfortable working with CLM technology.
- Must have experience in handling commercial contracts.
- Should have exposure to working in a contracts role in a corporate (not only a law firm).
- The incumbent is expected to work 40 hours a week which may extend depending on the business requirement.
- Must be open to a fixed term contractual role for 6 months.
- Exposure to global commercial contracts is an added advantage.
