ElasticRun is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal (Contracts) for its Contracts team in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including licensing, service agreements (MSAs, SOWs), vendor/procurement contracts, and NDAs.
- Ensure agreements align with business requirements and company policies.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from request to execution.
- Maintain a central repository of contracts and monitor renewals, expiries, and obligations.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to business verticals.
- Create and update standard contract templates and playbooks.
- Conduct legal research and advise stakeholders on relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation (law firm or in-house preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Indian Contract Act and associated commercial laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide practical legal solutions.
