Details of the Job/Internship

Livspace is hiring for the position of Senior Contract Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage daily labor deployment with vendors handling 50–80 workers.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve work front issues.
• Ensure timely vendor mobilization for new site launches.
• Act as the main contact for vendor performance, planning, and escalations. Own vendor output.
• Work with internal teams to clear POs, invoice approvals, and payments.

Eligibility

• Experience in contractor firms handling in-house labor, labor contractors, and subcontractors.
• At least 3-4 years of site execution experience in residential or commercial interiors.
• Working knowledge of execution steps in at least two-three trades like masonry, tiling/ stone work, carpentry, painting, electrical, false ceiling, or plumbing.
• Ability to estimate manpower needs based on scope and site conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve on-site execution challenges
• Should be comfortable in working with google spreadsheets, forms etc

Salary/Stipend
