Precision for Medicine is hiring for the position of Senior Contracts Manager with 5 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Work Orders, Change Orders, and other client/vendor agreements.
• Identify and escalate complex contractual issues to the corporate legal team as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and established contracting standards.
• Keep business leadership and relevant stakeholders informed of contract statuses, key milestones, and updates throughout the negotiation and execution process.
• Coordinate the execution of contracts and monitor key dates such as expirations, renewals, and contractual obligations.
• Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of contract databases and digital/physical contract files.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient contracting policies and procedures to support timely and compliant execution.
• Identify areas for process improvement and take initiative to enhance contract management efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Eligibility

• Post-secondary degree or certification in law, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
