Pramah Lawmen is looking for Senior Associate - Corporate to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting and egotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including business contracts, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, and settlement agreements, to protect clients' legal interests and minimize legal exposure.
- Advising businesses on legal issues related to their operations, such as contracts, regulations, and compliance, intellectual property laws.
- Advising businesses on the legal implications of corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, Intellectual property portfolio, etc.
- Knowledge of Due Diligence processes.
Eligibility
6+ years of work experience with Corporate Law.
