Details of the Job/Internship

Reddy & Reddy Law Firm is hiring a Senior Corporate Associate with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Pune.

Eligibility

• Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of Company. Banking. IP. and Labor laws.
• Experience in drafting various agreements such as NDAS, third-party agreements (vendor, consultation, Service Agreements, SAAS, EULA) isessential.
• Immediate Joining Required.
• Candidates should have expertise in transaction advisory and drafting, including company/LLP incorporation, share transfers, entity purchase, and dissolution.
• The role will involve contributing to company policy development. necessitating familiarity with all laws governing daily corporate operations, including the Company Act and labor laws.
• 5-7 years of experience in general corporate sector.
