Khurana and Khurana is hiring Senior Corporate Counsel/ Attorney with the experience 4 years of PQE in the domain of Drafting/ Vetting Agreements, Contracts, SHAs, Co-Founder Agreements, Licensing Agreements, JV Agreements, Technology Transfer Agreements, Terms of Service/Terms and Conditions, among all other core Corporate Law Matters including M&A transactions, investment transactions, dilution, and allied matters to join their office in New Delhi.
