Details of the Job/Internship

K&K is seeking a Senior Corporate/Commercial Attorney/Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years of PQE in the domain of Drafting/Vetting Agreements, Contracts, SHAs, Co-Founder Agreements, Licensing Agreements, JV Agreements, Technology Transfer Agreements, Terms of Service/Terms and Conditions, among all other core Corporate Law Matters including M&A transactions, investment transactions, dilution, and allied matters.

Eligibility

• The instant position is for a core transactions attorney who is thorough on Contract and associated Commercial Laws including NCLT and DRT proceedings, and is comfortable with all kinds of agreements and contracts.
