Details of the Job/Internship
Dholagiri Industries Private Limited is hiring a senior corporate counsel to join them in Indore office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on statutory complaints and other legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support company operations.
- Coordinate with external lawyers on ongoing legal cases.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise the company accordingly.
- Assist in the development of corporate legal strategy and direction.
- Manage litigation and other legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from one of the Top Law Schools in India.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in a reputed company or a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of law and procedures, with focus on corporate, labor, industry, IP and food laws and standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
