Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is hiring a Manager Corporate Counsel with over 10 years of global experience to join their team. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, and technology contracts and agreements, handling government tenders, and managing contractual relationships with clients, OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, technology contracts, and legal documentation.
• Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
• Handle government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, and subcontractors (software license, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, manpower).
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on contract amendments, extensions, and compliance.
• Safeguard company interests in contractual matters and identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations.

Eligibility

• LLB professional with 10+ years of global experience in contracts.
• Experience in in-house legal teams of IT/ITES companies.

Salary/Stipend
