Wipro Limited is hiring an Associate Corporate Counsel to assist in ethical compliance, data privacy, and GDPR-related domains.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support global compliance requirements for all Wipro entities.
• Review emerging global compliance requirements and assess their impact.
• Assist in updating policies related to data privacy, GDPR, and ethical compliance.
• Collaborate with the IRM team to understand cyber security threats and prepare legal responses.
• Support audits from data privacy and cyber security perspectives.
• Track regulatory developments and modify internal policies accordingly.
• Provide guidance notes and awareness communications in line with applicable legislation.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of global and local compliance requirements, data privacy, GDPR, and ethical compliance.
• Ability to track regulatory developments and support policy updates.
• Familiarity with legal aspects of cyber security and risk mitigation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
