Details of the Job/Internship

Juris Prime Law Services is hiring a Senior Corporate Law Associate t join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents including share purchase agreements, loan and consortium agreements, employment contracts, and real estate documentation.
• Lead and manage legal due diligence exercises and provide strategic inputs on risk and structuring.
• Handle mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and regulatory approvals.
• Represent the firm in client negotiations, regulatory interactions, and legal proceedings where necessary.
• Guide and mentor junior lawyers; contribute to internal training and team development.
• Liaise directly with clients, offering tailored legal solutions and fostering long-term relationships.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Eligibility

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputed institution.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a top-tier law firm, focused on corporate law practice.
• Admitted to the Bar Council with valid credentials.

Core Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Laws, M&A, Employment Laws, Banking & Finance, Due Diligence, Real Estate Transactions, and Contract Structuring.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating a variety of legal documents and contracts.
• Strong understanding of consortium lending and structured finance documentation.
