42HCP is hiring for the position of Senior Corporate Lawyer with 5 years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of corporate agreements, including NDAs, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Advise on U.S. corporate governance issues and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical guidance on international business and regulatory compliance matters.
- Stay current on U.S. corporate law and international legal developments relevant to our business.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized Indian university; additional credentials in U.S. or international law are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with demonstrable exposure to U.S. legal frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate legal and regulatory environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office applications.
