Details of the Job/Internship

Luther Luxembourg is hiring a Trilingual Senior Corporate Lawyer to sustain the continuous development of the firm.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and  refinancings, venture capital transactions, etc.
• Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal and corporate documents, in particular capacity and enforceability legal opinions.
• Managing and coaching the corporate team members.
• Coordinating legal researches.
• Participating actively in the business development needs of the firm.

Eligibility

• Experience: at least six years of experience practicing Corporate law.
• Qualification: master’s degree in Law – admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar is an advantage.
• Languages: fluent in German, English and French.
• Skills: proactive, dynamic, team player with good communication skills.
