M365Connect is hiring a Senior Corporate Lawyer, the lawyer will play a pivotal role in shaping their legal strategy, ensuring compliance across all areas of operation, and safeguarding our company against legal risks.

This is a remote, full-time position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and legally astute professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-border work environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts with clients, freelancers, and partners.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on corporate governance, employment law, and international business transactions.
• Manage legal aspects of corporate finance, including compliance with financial regulations.
• Oversee intellectual property rights, ensuring protection and compliance.
• Handle dispute resolution and litigation management efficiently.
• Advise on data protection laws, privacy, and cybersecurity matters relevant to remote operations.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes that may impact the company's operations across different jurisdictions.
