Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on general corporate matters,including corporate governance and compliance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 8+ years of legal experience, with significant experience in Saas or softwar eindustry.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, data privacy, IP and compliance.
