Jupiter Capital Private Limited is hiring a Senior Counsel - Legal with Pervious experience in corporate litigation to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate litigation, including arbitration, civil court, High Court, and NCLT matters.
- Conduct and manage legal due diligence for potential investments and acquisitions.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth case handling.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks proactively.
- Maintain high standards of legal compliance for the parent company and its portfolio.
Eligibility
- Proven hands-on experience in corporate litigation.
- Strong experience in arbitration, civil court matters, High Court matters, NCLT, and recovery proceedings.
- Capability to independently handle legal due diligence processes for acquisitions.
- Past experience working closely with senior advocates and handling litigation for a parent company and its portfolio.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High level of legal acumen, judgment, and ethical standards.
