Details of the Job/Internship
Deutsche Bank is hiring a Senior Counsel – Vice President with over 15 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate legal documentation for Cash Management and Trade Finance products.
- Advise business teams on legal and regulatory matters.
- Support internal departments with contract law, corporate, insolvency, employment, IP, and litigation issues.
- Work on legal strategy, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Review legal documents and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams across regions.
Eligibility
- Law degree or Commonwealth-qualified solicitor.
- Over 15 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Prior experience in financial products or corporate/commercial contracts is preferred.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
