Details of the Job/Internship

Augnito is hiring a Senior Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on business operations, partnerships, and new initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, license, and vendor agreements.
• Develop and manage legal governance frameworks and compliance programs.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP Act, HIPAA).
• Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and case management.
• Implement standardized contract processes and tools to improve efficiency.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) required; Master’s (LL.M.) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal, contracts, or compliance within tech or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements, data protection, and litigation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
