Details of the Job/Internship

FactSet is hiring a Senior Counsel I – Employment Law with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor on employment matters across APAC.
• Provide legal guidance on employment contracts, workplace conduct, and benefits.
• Partner with HR to develop, implement, and improve employment policies.
• Monitor and integrate legal and regulatory developments into business practices.
• Conduct and support internal investigations as needed.
• Mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution with strong academic credentials.
• Member of the India Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in employment law.
• Experience in APAC jurisdictions is preferred.
• Strong legal judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary/Stipend
