Details of the Job/Internship
Commvault is hiring a Senior Counsel, Global Employment Law with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory and support on labor and employment matters.
- Handle employee agreements, policies, grievances, exits, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct legal research and advise on employment practices globally.
- Monitor and analyze changes in employment laws across regions.
- Collaborate with HR to update and draft policies.
- Support legal matters ranging from simple to complex issues.
- Educate stakeholders on employment law and policy compliance.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients and colleagues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- 4–5 years’ PQE in labor and employment law in a corporate legal team or law firm.
- Willingness to learn and work cross-functionally.
- Global legal exposure is a plus.
Salary/Stipend
