Details of the Job/Internship

SD Legal is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Counsel 10+ years of experience to work with them in Hybrid Mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• This newly created role will see you take the lead on a wide variety of transactions/agreements across the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions.
• You will support trading and origination teams with tailored made solutions.
• Transaction documentation includes SPA's, Supply, Development and Operational.
• You will also work on structuring and design for new products in existing and new markets.
• You will also offer hands on support for other topics such as commercial, compliance and project related matters.

Eligibility

• Qualified Lawyer, 10 + PQE.
• Trained and qualified in a tier 1 law firm.
• Background in Transactional / Project Finance (Development) - Essential.
• Experience to the Middle East / APAC regions - desirable.
• Superb stakeholder engagement skills - essential.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
