It operates out of key locations in Mumbai, including Navi Mumbai and Santacruz. Details of the Job/Internship

Unity Small Finance Bank is hiring for two immediate openings: a Senior Executive (2–3 years PQE) and an Assistant Manager (4–5 years PQE).

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet a wide range of contracts, including Software, SaaS, IT, and Loan agreements.
• Lead and manage negotiations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide professional-level legal advisory support to the organization.
• Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication in all professional dealings.

Eligibility

• For Senior Executive: 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in the Banking or NBFC sector only.
• For Assistant Manager: 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in the Banking or NBFC sector only.
• Mandatory background in Banking/NBFC; litigation profiles will not be considered.
• Strong skills in contract drafting and vetting.
• Mumbai-based candidates are preferred.
