Details of the Job/Internship
ReNew Power is hiring a Senior Executive – Land and Legal with 4–10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead legal support for RE projects, including land due diligence, litigations, and lending-related matters.
- Draft, review, and manage title and legal documentation for agricultural lands.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams on a regular basis.
- Handle large volumes of data and documents related to legal and project matters.
- Monitor updates in laws related to renewable energy, real estate, contracts, and litigation.
- Maintain legal trackers and ensure compliance with deadlines and deliverables.
- Travel as required for site or legal matters.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- 4–10 years of legal experience, especially in land laws and renewable energy projects.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, Kannada, and Telugu.
- Strong command of property, contract, CPC, stamp, registration, and RE laws.
- Experience with litigation and legal compliance in land matters.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
