Details of the Job/Internship

ReNew is hiring a Senior Executive - Land and Legal with 4–6 years of experience to join their Gadhsisa office in Gujarat. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review land and legal documents during project HOTO (handover/takeover).
• Assess site documentation post-HOTO for legal requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, draft legal agreements, and liaise with government authorities.
• Handle notices and ensure resolution of site or company legal issues.
• Provide legal advice and opinions on contracts, complaints, and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate site surveys and engage with DLIR, SLR, landowners, village officials, and planning departments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage evolving requirements.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
