Details of the Job/Internship

Aerocraft Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Executive – Legal and Contracts with 3–5 years of experience to join their Ahmedabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review customer and supplier contracts for building design and procurement services.
• Assist in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain accurate contract records.
• Manage multiple contracts, including renewals and regulatory adherence.
• Support internal and external coordination across construction projects.
• Analyze legal data to support sound decision-making.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, legal writing, research, or negotiation.
